Tyler and I went exploring on the weekend and managed to catch the light just at the right time to get some great shots over town.

The choir of Newman collage from the University of Melbourne, Australia performed at St. Patrick's Basilica in Oamaru over the weekend. They were conducted by Gary Ekkel.
I don't usually listen to a lot of choir music, but it was a beautiful concert and I was so glad I went. The building has amazing acoustics and the songs they sung were so complex that it was impressive how they remembered their parts, let alone perform as a whole.
Plus I can sound fancy by saying I went to
Claudio Monteverdi 1610 Vespers.

Introducing... Dee May & the Saints
Their first and only gig was to be the Jazz festival, but they were so well received they plan to stay together and play more venues in the future! Congratulations on a brilliant performance!
